Microneedling with exosomes or PDRN in Fresno

Microneedling creates fine, controlled channels that prompt your skin to rebuild collagen. Paired with a skin booster (Vittipure exosomes or Remedium PDRN), it’s a gentle way to improve texture, pores, acne scars and glow.

How it works

Small channels, big renewal

A pen-style device with sterile, single-use needles makes thousands of tiny channels in the skin. Your skin responds by repairing itself, building new collagen and elastin over the following weeks. Those same channels let a skin booster absorb more deeply than it would on its own.

Microneedling is gentler than resurfacing treatments like Opus Plasma, with less downtime, and it suits a wide range of skin types and tones. Results build gradually over a series. Results vary.

Boosters

Choose your booster

01

Exosomes (Vittipure)

Araceli uses Vittipure exosomes, a lab-prepared skin booster applied after microneedling to support recovery and glow. Exosomes are not FDA-approved to treat any condition, so expectations are kept modest.

02

PDRN (Remedium, “salmon DNA”)

Araceli uses Remedium PDRN, polynucleotides derived from salmon DNA, as a booster for hydration and skin quality. Popular in Korea and growing here.

03

PRP

Your own platelet-rich plasma; see the vampire facial.

How much microneedling costs in Fresno

Microneedling is priced per session, and the booster you choose affects the price. Many people do a series of three. Araceli confirms your plan and price at your free consultation; see this month’s specials.

Is microneedling worth it?

For texture, enlarged-looking pores, mild acne scarring and dullness, many people find a series very worthwhile, especially with a booster. It won’t lift sagging skin or replace volume; Araceli will tell you what it can realistically do.

Is 40 too old for microneedling? Does it age you faster?

No and no. Microneedling is used at many ages, including in your 40s, 50s and beyond, to support collagen and skin quality. Done properly with sterile equipment and good aftercare, it doesn’t age the skin; the controlled injury is what stimulates renewal.

Sessions and downtime

Typically three sessions about four to six weeks apart, then maintenance. Expect one to two days of redness and some dryness. Use gentle skincare and daily sunscreen.
