How neurotoxin pricing works
Like most med spas, we price Jeuveau per unit. A unit is a measured amount of product. Your total is simply the number of units your treatment needs multiplied by the price per unit. That’s why two people can pay very different amounts at the same practice: one is treating only their 11s, the other their whole upper face.
Some practices quote “per area” instead. That can look simpler, but it hides the dose. Per-unit pricing lets you see exactly what you’re paying for, and it means a lighter, more natural treatment costs less.
October special: Jeuveau $9.99 per unit. At that price, 20 units come to $199.80 and 40 units to $399.60. Offers valid October 1–31, 2026. Treatment eligibility determined at consultation. See all specials.
Jeuveau’s label dose, and everything else
Jeuveau is FDA-approved for frown lines only, at 20 units. Forehead lines, crow’s feet, lip flips, gummy smiles, the masseter, underarm sweating and migraine are off-label uses: common in practice, and dosed by your provider at your consultation. Your own dose can be lower or higher than any reference number.
| Area | Dose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Frown lines (11s) | 20 units (label dose) | The FDA-approved use: five small injection points between and above the brows |
| Forehead lines | Set at consultation | Off-label; usually treated together with the 11s, lightly, to keep your brows lifting |
| Crow’s feet | Set at consultation | Off-label; split between both sides |
| Lip flip, gummy smile | Set at consultation | Off-label; a small dose |
| Masseter (jaw) | Set at consultation | Off-label; a large chewing muscle that usually needs considerably more per side |
| Underarm sweating | Set at consultation | Off-label; more units than facial areas |

What Botox costs around Fresno
When we checked in October 2026, the Fresno-area practices that publish a price listed regular Botox pricing of roughly $12 to $15 per unit, with limited-time sales advertised as low as about $9 per unit. Most local med spas don’t publish a price at all. Prices change often, so always confirm with the practice.
Why prices vary so much
- Who injects. Experience and training of the injector, and how much time you get with them.
- Product. Jeuveau, Botox, Dysport and other brands have different costs.
- Dose. A “cheap” per-area price can mean fewer units; an honest per-unit price shows you the dose.
- Follow-up. Whether a two-week check and small touch-up are part of your visit.
Quick math examples
Frown lines alone are 20 units at Jeuveau’s label dose. Adding the forehead or crow’s feet adds units set at your consultation; a full upper face (forehead, 11s and crow’s feet) commonly lands somewhere around 50 to 65 units. Multiply by the per-unit price to estimate. Your actual dose, and price, are confirmed at your free consultation before anything is done.
