Terms and Conditions

Dream Aesthetics has a full web based scheduling system. When you're ready to discuss services, or book, we ask that you reach out to us at revive@dreamaesthetheticsandwellness.com. Here we can discuss anything you may be interested in, concerned about, or just need more information about! Once we establish care with you, we will absolutely provide you our contact number for follow ups, and management of care! 

Through this web-based approach we :

• Can assure you will be setting up your appointment directly with one of the Practitioners who will be performing your care!
• Have your concerns addressed directly from our professionals!
• Have records of all conversations for full transparency!
• Are able to send necessary forms to be filled out prior to your appointment to avoid unnecessary added time with pen and paper in the office!
• Are able to always keep you up to date regarding our latest offers!
• Provide you direct access to our providers in order for you to experience a concierge based service!

We  ask for a small deposit with each appointment. This will be credited towards your service! If you do not show for your appointment, and don't cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, this fee will not be refunded. 

As a new client, your initial appointment will be a consult where the Practitioners will discuss with you information regarding your desires, and a proper treatment plan will be set up for you. In the event the Practitioners do not agree with your desires for treatment, they will not be able to treat you.

All consent forms will be required to be signed and before and after photos are imperative prior to receiving treatment. The photos are REQUIRED simply for documentation purposes, but they will not be used for social media aspects without your written consent at each visit!
