Your privacy is of utmost importance to us! Our electronic medical record system is secure and locked at all times. Only our providers have log in access to the electronic medical record. We will have you sign a consent for B&A photos as this is vital to our practice in order to document pre-existing conditions and follow up of treatment. We will NOT be able to perform treatment without these photos. We will however ask that you sign a consent form if you approve the release of these B&A photos for our social media page. As you may know, in aesthetics B&A's are vital for success! We follow the HIPPA privacy acts at Dream Aesthetics.
